Presentation Title: IoT in the Enterprise – A Case Study
Speaker: Mrs Lonneke Dikmans Oracle ACE Director
Company: eProseed
Co-presenter:
Presentation abstract: Building and facilities management suffer from fragmentation of information: information about technical installations is maintained separately from structural information and financial systems and sensor information is collected in closed circuit systems. A university in the Netherlands wants to change this and has started a project to combine information about their buildings and grounds in a ‘technical building file’. In this presentation we show how IoT CS can help save cost and improve the quality of service by using near real time information that is collected from sensors and combining it with building information. In the demo we show the different features of IoT CS: device management, alerts and connectors and how this is integrated with Enterprise applications.
